Deposits: Full payment is due at time of booking. Prices listed include all applicable taxes and resort fees. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Guests will be allowed to reschedule one time, subject to a minimum of 14 days notice. All Guests who reschedule will be subject to a $50 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to the Guest in the form of a check at the end of the 90-minute presentation. If rescheduling within 14 days, Guest may be responsible for the equivalent of the first night’s stay. Rates may vary due to seasonality; when rescheduling, please confirm your rate. Guests who choose to cancel, do not show, or do not qualify will incur an additional $59 charge.
Payment Policies: Age, income and other eligibility requiements must be met in order to take advantage of a discounted Gold Key Vacation package. Attendance of a 90-120 timeshare presenatation of the new Ocean Beach Club is required; however, there is no obligation to purchase.
