Upon entering this adorable beach house, you are instantly charmed by the smiling mosaic tiled sun on the floor of the sun room, the Caribbean-inspired color scheme and the incredible majestic view of Back Bay. 4 the 9 combines a classic beach house with loads of fun-loving amenities - an in ground pool, a Tiki bar, a dock for fishing and crabbing, multi-level decks for sun and shade and a sauna! Can't you just imagine spending a day at the beach and coming home to a backyard BBQ with family and friends? Enjoying a nice cool beverage by the Tiki Bar or relaxing in the "in deck" hot tub? This fantastic house has everything you need for a picture-perfect vacation.
Walking up to the main entrance on the second floor, you enter a bright sun porch that offers a Flat Screen LED TV and comfortable seating. This cheery room leads you into the great room with a uniquely tiled kitchen (it's simply amazing!), a dining area with incredible teak-wood table, and a living area with nice leather couches and chairs. You will love the beach-themed decor that is reminiscent of holidays in the islands. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed that adjoins a second bedroom and shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with double vanity. A third bedroom is entered via glass French doors, and has amazing bay views as well as curtains for privacy. An additional full bathroom is nearby. There is a treadmill that is available as well, and is located to the side of the interior spiral staircase which takes you to the ground floor. Two bedrooms downstairs include a King and Queen Bedroom, as well as a full bathroom and a laundry room.
Expansive decks offer additional dining areas as well as tables and chairs for watching the incredible sunsets over the water and enjoying the backyard pool area. There is an eagle's nest deck, too, for 360 degrees views of Sandbridge that include both the ocean and the bay!
CAC, CCTV'S including flat screens, wireless internet access, gas grill, in-ground pool, Tiki bar, dock, hot tub, sauna, enclosed porch, outside shower, second full-sized refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage.

Deposits: 300
Payment Policies: Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. You may reserve a cottage by phone, mail or in person at our office. A deposit of one-half of the total rent plus the security deposit and administration fee is required within fourteen days from the day the reservation is made. A lease agreement will be mailed to you when the reservation is made and must be mailed back to us along with your deposit.

Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the cottage for the same time period. Once the cottage is re-rented, your money is refunded less 15% of gross rent, plus a $45.00 administrative fee. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to secure new rental agreements to replace those cancelled upon such short notice. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Transfers to other cottages are treated as cancellations.
Arrival/Departure: Cottages are available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to insure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 p.m., please notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions. COTTAGES will not BE AVAILABLE FOR CHECK-IN EARLIER THAN 3:00 P.M.. EXPRESS CHECK-IN: Guests who have prepaid their total balance and signed their lease at least 3 weeks prior to arrival will be able to take advantage of our drive-thru Express Check-In. No need to park the car and stand in line. Hit the beach sooner with our Express Check-In! Check-out time is by 10 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
