FIRST FLOOR: There are three bedrooms on the first level, beautifully tiled with gorgeous accent rugs throughout. Two bedrooms are King Master Suites with full private baths, (one with ocean-facing deck access) and the third ADA Compliant Queen Master Suite with full private bath also offers deck access. This ADA Compliant Suite offers wide doorways and bathroom adjustments for those in need, as well as easy wheelchair access onto the surrounding pool deck area.

The central Billiards room with a comfortable sitting area opens with a slider to the pool area, and has a flat screen TV to enjoy. A convenient wet bar and laundry room as well as a half bath service the 1st floor and pool area. SECOND FLOOR: Sparkling hardwood floors are the perfect background for the gorgeous view and furnishings that adorn this spacious middle level. The open dining and living areas greet you with comfortable fine furnishings and plenty of space to relax. The sitting area allows for conversation and warming up with the electric fireplace.
