The unique location of Summer Baycation puts you at the end of a private cul-de-sac, with the bay wrapping around the entire back of the property.

Your rental includes two kayaks on the property so you can spend hours investigating the many inlets and canals that surround the community. The wildlife display is always entertaining, so make sure you bring your binoculars and cameras.

The large dock provides a great place for crabbing and fishing, too. Many hours can be spent sitting on the dock just watching the boats go by and enjoying the natural environment. Two levels of living space make a great floorplan for families to share or to spread out. Five bedrooms and three full baths on the first floor include two King Bedrooms that share a Jack-n-Jill Full Bath with double vanity; a Queen bedroom that shares a full guest bath; and two bunk rooms (1 with 2 Twin/Double Bunks, sleeps 6, and the other with 1 Double/Double Bunk, sleeps 4, share a Jack-n-Jill full bath). The family room offers comfortable seating and a wetbar for convenience, along with a Flat Screen TV. The game room allows for inside fun, with a dual pool table/ping pong table combo. The second floor has amazing views off the west facing deck, the perfect location for the spectacular evening sunset display. The open great room has an electric fireplace and flat screen TV, and flows nicely into the dining and kitchen area with a counter top bar area and large dining tables. The gourmet-style kitchen has two refrigerators, a large gas rangetop, two ovens and 2 dishwashers so food storage, meal planning and prep, and clean-up is a breeze!

The two bedrooms include a King Master Suite with private bath, jetted tub and double vanity, and a bedroom that has two Double beds in it also with a private bath. There is a half bath for easy access from the kitchen and dining/living room areas. We will also have a screened porch off the back on this floor. Ample lounging furniture and both sun and shady locations will keep you on the decks for hours. The deck also offers additional dining space and a great location for a crab feast or cook-out.

The inground pool is nicely surrounded by a spacious deck and beautiful landscaping. Relax in the hot tub under the pergola, located on the west side of the house offering privacy and amazing water views. A full outdoor bathroom is available during pool season (it is unavailable in the winter) and super-convenient for pool and hot tub users.

Summer Baycation is currently under construction and updated photos will be posted as progress is made. CAC, Sonos sound system, Flat Screen TVs throughout, inground pool, hot tub, game room with pool table and ping pong table, electric fireplace, gas grill. 5 Full Baths and 1 Half bath are located inside Summer Baycation. A 6th full bath is available during pool season only and is winterized during off-season.
