Match that with a pool, theater room, game room, elevator, and professional interior appointments....it's a dream made in heaven. 1st Floor - Three bedrooms offer private baths, a Queen Bedroom (w/ADA compliant bath & shower), a King bedroom and a bedroom with two bunksets, Twin/Double and Double/Double.

There is a theater room with comfortable seating and a movie screen, making this a fabulous vacation plus for watching a major sporting event or favorite movie. The open space on the first floor is home to the gaming area, with a pool table and a foosball table for inside fun. The convenient hall bath allows for guest use without entering a bedroom.

The elevator services all three floors and is very handy for those in need (located near the Queen bedroom) and for loading and unloading all of your vacation needs. Sliding glass doors put you on the pool deck, and offer inviting views of the pool, hot tub and ocean.

2nd Floor - The views from the kitchen will leave you spellbound for sure, as the corner location with side-by-side windows offer forever views and an ever-changing venue. The ability to cook meals for your larger group is so very nice, with gleaming granite counter tops and doubled-up stainless steel appliances...two dishwashers, two cooktops, two refrigerators. The dining area opens up in this "great room", serviced with several dining tables, enough seating for everyone, and a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator and wet sink.

The adjoining living room and sitting area offers a peaceful place to relax, cozy up to the electric fireplace, watch TV or read a book; yet still close enough to enjoy your company. There is a half hall bath as well for your use. One King bedroom with private bath and balcony from which you can see peak-a-boo views of the Bay.

Be sure to watch the sunset...it's always amazing. The expansive east facing deck and gazebo...whether you want the sun or need some shade, this area of the home is simply dreamy. Comfortable deck furniture creates a very useable space, and the outdoor grilling area located in the gazebo is just a fantastic way to spend some of your vacation holiday time. 3rd Floor - Five bedrooms on the upper floor each offering private baths and all perfectly dressed with beautiful linens and beachy decoration - 3 bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, and one is perfect for children, with two sets of Double/Double bunks.

Three of these five bedrooms have private decks, two oceanside and one bayside. A peaceful central library with books and a place to play a game of cards offers a smaller space for gathering.
